I had an exceptional stay at this flat, which far exceeded my expectations. the attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents, ensuring they felt comfortable and safe throughout our visit. the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric kettle and ample cookware, allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals together, creating cherished family moments. the cozy atmosphere, supported by effective heating, made returning to our flat after a day of exploring London feel like a true retreat.
